Peter has over 33 years’ experience within the construction industry, 22 of which have been in estimating roles. Peter provides professional estimating services to government, government-owned corporations, and construction companies throughout Australia. He has extensive experience in cost planning and estimating and has worked on both alliance and hard dollar projects of various types including civil infrastructure, water and recycled water treatment facilities, road projects (including leading a team of 18 estimators for the $16B North East Link project), airports, desalination plants, mining, residential and industrial subdivision projects.

With a background in operating earthmoving plant and involvement in concrete works, Peter has a direct appreciation of the day-to-day processes on a construction site, and he applies this knowledge and real-world understanding to the process of estimating projects.

As the Managing Director and Chief Estimator at ECS, Peter is known for his calm nature, proactive engagement with all stakeholders, and persistent approach to each project.
