Grace is a dedicated and highly capable Administration Officer supporting both office and site operations at ECS. Since joining the team in 2022, she has developed strong expertise in the civil construction and truck logistics industries, working closely with supervisors, site foremen, drivers, and machinery operators.

Grace plays a key role in supporting business operations through quarry-to-site deliveries, organising delivery dockets, managing invoicing processes, and providing administrative support for tender submissions and site management activities. She also contributes to the Quantity Surveying and Estimating teams by assisting with basic measurement and cost support activities.

Beyond her operational responsibilities, Grace is actively involved in maintaining ISO compliance, improving document management systems, and driving continual improvement across ECS’s internal business processes. Her positive attitude, collaborative approach, and commitment to creating a supportive office culture makes her a valued member of the ECS team.
