Igor brings over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry to ECS. He holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering (Civil and Structural), and has worked on civil, structural and infrastructure projects in Australia and New Zealand in technical, coordination, commercial and project management roles. That breadth means he estimates with a clear view of how projects are procured, planned and built.
His recent work at ECS has focused on water storage, water pipeline and major transport infrastructure. Igor supports ECS’s clients with cost estimation, cost management, planning and scheduling, contract formation, and tender preparation and submissions.
