Teguh is a Civil Engineer with over 15 years broad experience working as a cost estimating engineer. He is proficient in the provision of estimating and cost analysis expertise across civil projects, including the preparation of cost estimates, detail review of external cost estimates, preparation of work method statements, development of construction programs, preparation of reports and client liaison.

Teguh has proven infrastructure experience and has been a member of the Independent Estimator Review Team on numerous projects for Capital Project Delivery by major Alliances.

Teguh recently worked on the railway sector with the Cross River Rail ETCS L2 Pilot Line project. In this role, he gained substantial experience in managing brownfield civil construction works, providing critical support for signalling systems, and overseeing telecommunications project delivery. His work involves navigating the complexities of multiple stakeholder interactions and collaborating within an Alliance-style contracting framework. This experience has honed his skills in coordinating with diverse teams and ensuring the seamless integration of various project components.
