Rey has over 25 years of hands-on site experience and has successfully delivered numerous construction projects throughout Papua New Guinea where he was responsible for coordinating trades, dealing with design consultants, site supervisors, vendors and clients, while maintaining and overseeing project budgets.

Given his hands-on experiences, Rey is well-positioned to develop client-focused outcomes including preparation of tender submissions, procurement and quantity take-offs. Rey is an advanced user of all Microsoft Office applications, Expert Estimation, Benchmark Estimating, Visual Basic Programming, AutoCAD and Primavera.
